Yesterday, a big black eight-legged monster (okay not a monster, just a spider) greeted me on my desk at work. When I moved the bag of jewelry he was hiding under, I couldn't get up fast enough and nearly knocked over the body form that was stationed behind me. My heart was racing real fast. I needed to find someone to kill this spider pronto! (I kind of have a serious phobia of spiders, if you couldn't guess). By the time I found someone who would smash the creepy little guy, it was too late. He was a goner. And the worst part, I have no idea where he went. I'm so regretting not killing him when I first saw him! Hopefully we don't run into each other again or it will not end well (for either of us).

I've always loved that bag, and how awesome are those boots?!?! This one's a winner! Also, just remember that spiders are more scared of you than you are of them, and they kill bugs that might bite you :)

Ok, I had a horrible spider-at-work incident not long ago too! I was at our court house in a room full of important attorneys (which I am not!) and I reached in my purse and there was a spider! What he was doing there, IDK, but I tried to keep it together as best I could. Not fun!

just found your blog via glitter guide & love it! i must say that i had the same thing happen to me once with a spider and i have such a phobia of them as well. i like totally freaked out and knocked over a space heater that was next to me and it somehow messed up the electricity and the lights went off! can you imagine how freaked out i was? because, like in your case, after that, he was a goner and nowhere to be found. so haunting!
